Ngozi is a lawyer with Jackson, Etti & Edu, Nigeria’s leading law firm and one of Africa’s foremost Intellectual Property Practice. She heads the Commercial Intellectual Property practice of the firm and is also the Sector Head of the firm’s Technology, Media & Entertainment business.

Ngozi is a proven commercial and intellectual property lawyer whose experience spans over thirteen years. She is experienced in advising on intellectual property issues in commercial transactions and has been involved in providing strategic intellectual property advice in a number of high profile commercial transactions. She has acted for several blue-chip entities in the franchise industry, providing cutting edge advisory on legal aspects of franchising, including protection, enforcing and commercialising intellectual property rights. She is a proponent of the franchise system as a viable market model. Ngozi co-authored the Nigerian chapter of The Franchise Law Review (3rd, 4th and 5th Edition), a UK publication on the franchise system.
