  • DO YOU OFFER ONLINE COURSES?
    The training is composed of a classroom and online training sessions.

    An individual or organization that supplies professional services to franchisors.
  • WHAT VALUE DOES THE INSTITUTE OFFER?
    The Institute offers high standard training programmes towards educating and certifying executives of franchise brands and entrepreneurs seeking expansion; prospective franchise investors; and service suppliers to franchise brands & expanding businesses.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A COURSE?
    You will be required to take the course in the next session of the programme, your certificate will not be issued if all modules are not completed..
  • ARE THE CERTIFICATES GLOBALLY ACCEPTED?
    AFI courses are certified by the Enterprise Development Center of the Pan-African University and other reputable International Franchise Certificate institutions.
  • HOW DO I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE?
    Certificates will be awarded by the African Franchise Institute (AFI) at the Enterprise Development Center, Pan-Atlantic University Km 22, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Ajah, Lagos.
  • CAN I RESCHEDULE MY EXAM DATE?
    This program does not hold any examination. Rather, the enrollee performance assesment is based on full and prompt participaption in the residential, online platforms and participatory conference and workshops sessions of a Franchise Expo.
  • DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO PARTICIPANTS?

    Discounts offers are available and are limited.

  • CAN I DEFER MY ADMISSION IF I AM UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM?

    Participants who choose to defer their admission, must send a written request stating the significant reasons via email to the Institute administrator and will be required to complete any carry over or incomplete course/activity in a subsequent session of the deferred programme only.
    Admission will be forfeited if all courses/activities are not completed in the next session of the deferred program.

    In cases of a deferral, participants are still required to adhere the agreed payment plan for the course program.

  • DO I NEED ANY PREVIOUS QUALIFICATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS TO REGISTER FOR ANY OF THE COURSES?
    No qualifications or certification is required.
