The Certified Executive Program (CEP) is conducted for business owners seeking expansion and executives of franchised businesses, designed to support entrepreneurs to build capacity and sound business system for rapid local and international business expansion. One of its training methods is a learning tour at a successful franchise business, for participants to network and build a practical understanding on franchising as a business expansion model.

The Institute took the participants on a learning tour at Eat N’ Go, the master franchisor of Dominos, Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry Yougurt on 6th December, 2019 to achieve a practical understanding of the strategies, and the day-to-day operations of a successful franchise business.

The learning tour was conducted by Mr. Pat McMichael, CEO of Eat N’ Go, where he shared valuable experiences on business expansion, managing people, auditing, policy documentation, training and continuous development etc.

This session was concluded with a tour to each department of the organization, describing their roles and functions.

“Your investment in training can never be undermined, continuous development of your team helps build consistency in your business.” ~ Pat McMichael.
